June 25, 2026: 60-minute consultation session

County-led initiatives thrive when agencies work together toward a shared purpose. This workshop equips administrative and system leaders with strategies to build and maintain effective interagency partnerships, foster cross-department collaboration, and align efforts around community impact. Participants will also explore how to communicate policy needs and proposed changes to elected officials and executive leadership using data-informed and values-driven advocacy strategies.

The June 25 coaching session will provide county and system leaders with applied support to strengthen interagency collaboration across the crisis continuum of care. Building on the the previous session content, participants will examine their current partnership structures, identify alignment challenges across departments and agencies, and explore strategies for sustaining collaboration over time. Facilitated coaching will support leaders in refining approaches to cross-department coordination and practicing data-informed communication strategies to elevate policy needs and implementation considerations with executive leadership and elected officials.
