Assessing Your Impact: Designing and Implementing a Program Evaluation
Date: April 27 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm EDT
Program evaluation is a critical ingredient for the success and sustainability of mental health programs, practices, and services. Conducting an effective program evaluation can help enhance service delivery and client outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and inform decisions about resource allocation.
This learning collaborative will support mental health organizations and systems leaders in building capacity for sustainable program evaluation. Over the course of four sessions, participants will design a program evaluation that is practical and individualized to their setting. Participants will receive resources and support for engaging key partners, refining the program’s goals and objectives, identifying and collecting meaningful data, and communicating the findings with different audiences.
