The Program Sustainability Assessment Tool (PSAT) is used to rate the sustainability capacity of a program to help plan for the program’s future. The tool has been reliability tested and can be used by programs in many levels and settings to better understand and plan for their sustainability. The tool allows an individual and/or group to: Understand the factors that influence their program’s capacity for sustainability; assess their program’s capacity for sustainability; review results from their program’s assessment as a Sustainability report; and develop an Action Plan to increase the likelihood of sustainability.
