Beyond the Numbers: Data Storytelling for Continuous Quality Improvement

Learn more about practical approaches for demonstrating program impact by combining quantitative data, qualitative insights, and partner/community input. Participants will explore how to use data not only for reporting, but also to communicate results in a way that supports shared decision-making and continuous quality improvement (CQI). The session will highlight simple strategies for aligning data collection with program goals and translating findings into clear, action-oriented messages for different audiences.
