Improving Internal Communications in Mental Health Service Teams
Date: September 17 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm EDT
Whether implementing a new mental health program or strengthening an existing one, behavioral health teams rely on effective internal communication to coordinate efforts, support implementation, and achieve shared goals. Clear communication practices can improve team alignment, build confidence, and reduce confusion in day-to-day work.
Join the East Coast Hub for this regional learning session designed to provide mental health service teams with practical tools and strategies for strengthening internal communication. Participants will explore communication best practices, learn how to develop and implement an internal communication plan, and identify approaches to improve communication across teams and projects. This training is intended to support successful implementation efforts by enhancing how team members communicate, collaborate, and stay informed.
This event is open to individuals working in HHS Regions 3 and 4, which include Alabama, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.
