Certificate of Completion Instructions

You have completed all required steps for this event and are eligible to receive a Certificate of Completion. Please follow the steps below to generate and download your certificate. Certificates must be claimed within 30 days after support ends.

Step 1: Log In On the right-hand side of this page, click the ‘Register/Enroll’ button on the right. If you’re not logged into the CMHIS website or don’t have an account, you’ll be prompted to log in. After logging in, the page will refresh, and you can click the ‘Register/Enroll’ button again to complete your enrollment.

Step 2: Select “Generate a Certificate of Completion” Once logged in, click “Generate a Certificate of Completion” below. The page will refresh.

Step 3: Generate and download your certificate On the right-hand side of this page, locate the “Certificate” button. Click the “Certificate” button to generate your certificate. Once generated, you may view, download, or save it for your records.
