Addressing the root causes of staff stress is essential not only for educator wellbeing and retention, but also for maintaining strong instructional practices, positive school climates, and long-term student success.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

  1. Participants will identify root causes of staff stress, assess the impact of organizational practices on educator wellbeing, and develop actionable plans to improve school climate and staff support systems.
  2. Apply change management principles to support staff wellbeing during periods of organizational change or initiative implementation.
  3. Develop a comprehensive action plan to address identified root causes of staff stress and burnout.
