This is a regional event open to TAMHO member organizations.

This two-day workshop is an evidence-based training opportunity for behavioral health leaders to gain leadership skills for implementing transformations in their environments of care. This training provides leaders from TAMHO member organizations the opportunity to build a foundation in the necessary fundamentals of impactful and effective leadership, to strengthen relationships with their peers, collaborate on real world case studies and begin to develop professional relationships designed to move creative and courageous missions forward.
