Leaving Your Mark: Sustaining School Mental Health Programs for Project AWARE/TISS Grantees
Date: September 22, 2025 @ 10:30 am - 12:00 pm PDT
Whether you are at the beginning or end of a grant’s funding cycle, school mental health programs can be sustained with the right planning. Join us for a 90-minute learning session that will describe how Project AWARE and TISS grantees can engage in sustainability planning for school mental health programs at various points during a grant cycle. This session will also include:
- Ways to engage your community in sustainability planning
- Tools to assess barriers/facilitators to sustainment and feed them into a sustainment action plan
- Breakout sessions to discuss sustainability strategies based on barriers and facilitators
- Information about an upcoming in-depth learning community focused on sustainability planning for school mental health programs
NOTE: This learning session is only open to Project AWARE and TISS grantees. If you are not a Project AWARE or TISS grantee, we will make a recording of this event available to the public at a later date.
