Leveraging Implementation Approaches to Strengthen Mental Health Services: Marketing Programs and Services

Date: September 18 @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm EDT

Are you looking for support in marketing your programs and services? Through strategic communication and marketing, organizations can deliver effective messages that engage their audiences, support practice improvements, and lead to positive mental health outcomes.

Join us for this two-part series exploring communications and marketing and their application in your setting. Whether you are new to these topics or you are looking to improve your existing practices, this series is for you! We encourage you to bring a small group of key players from your organization; consider including those who are instrumental in preparing, implementing, and sustaining practices. Please plan to attend both sessions, or have at least one person from your organization in attendance, as the content from Session 1 is built upon in Session 2.

Session 1 will take place on September 4 from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. ET (w/ optional support 3:00 – 3:30) and include an overview of effective communication and marketing strategies, followed by group collaboration and exploration of resources. Attendees will be invited to apply these resources to their program or system context.

Session 2 will take place on September 18 from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. ET (w/ optional support 3:00 – 3:30) and allow for a deeper dive into your application of communications and marketing resources, applying strategies from Session 1, and feedback from the Northeast Atlantic and Caribbean Hub and fellow participants. Attendees will identify ways to strengthen their communications and marketing plans to better expand reach and engagement with their communities.
