Leveraging Implementation Approaches to Strengthen Mental Health Services: Using Data to Improve Service Delivery
Date: August 27 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm EDT
Do you have strategies in place to use data to improve systems, service delivery, and outcomes? Join us for this two-part interactive series exploring continuous quality improvement (CQI) and integrating these strategies in your setting. Whether you are new to CQI or you are looking to improve your existing CQI practices, this series is for you! We encourage you to bring a small group of key players from your organization; consider including those who are instrumental in preparing, implementing, and sustaining practices. This series is designed to build from session 1 through session 2, so please plan to have at least one person from your organization in attendance throughout.
Session 1 will take place on 8/13/25 @ 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM (w/ optional support 12:00 – 12:30) and provide a topical overview, followed by group collaboration and exploration of CQI resources. Attendees will be invited to apply these resources to their program, organization, or broader systems of care context.
Session 2 will take place on 8/27/25 @ 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM (w/ optional support 12:00 – 12:30) and dive deeper into the application of community engagement and needs assessment resources from Session 1 in your specific setting and solicit feedback from the Northeast Atlantic and Caribbean Hub of CMHIS and from fellow participants. Attendees will develop a vision for their future CQI process and will identify next steps to move closer to that goal.
Learning Objectives:
- Define Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and its role in service implementation.
