SUMMARY:Evidence-Based Practice Implementation Support
DESCRIPTION:When we think about starting a new evidence-based practice (EBP) in our organization\, we usually focus on the training needed. Training is\, of course\, necessary to commence a new practice. But training alone is not sufficient to ensure implementation and sustainment. Too often organizations fail to sustain EBPs after having spent a high level of resources learning how to do them. Research has shown that implementation tools are critical to ensuring the new EBP is implemented with fidelity and in a manner that will ensure sustainability. EBP success requires dual fidelity to both the EBP practice standards and implementation standards. \nThis 6-part series consists of four 90-minute learning sessions & two individualized organizational coaching sessions that will provide the framework\, tools\, and guidance needed for your organization’s implementation efforts.
