Participants will explore how to use data not only for reporting\, but also to communicate results in a way that supports shared decision-making and continuous quality improvement (CQI). The session will highlight simple strategies for aligning data collection with program goals and translating findings into clear\, action-oriented messages for different audiences. \nThe Thursday\, April 30 coaching session will support participants in applying learning session concepts to a real program question or decision. Participants will be invited to complete a brief pre-session reflection as “homework” to identify one priority program objective\, two simple data points\, and one qualitative prompt to bring into the session.
