SUMMARY:Grief and Crisis Management Learning Collaborative
DESCRIPTION:This three-session learning collaborative supports participants in applying grief readiness concepts to strengthen workforce conditions that influence implementation and continuity of services. Participants will explore how organizational responses to loss and cumulative stress affect program delivery\, share experiences across settings\, and examine leadership and supervision practices that support workforce stability.
