Community Toolbox, Chapter 16: Sustaining the Work or Initiative

The Community Tool Box is utilized to get help taking action, teaching, and training others in organizing for community development. It offers help assessing community needs and resources, engaging stakeholders, action planning, building leadership, planning an evaluation, and sustaining efforts over time. Chapter 16 is a toolkit that supports planning for using different tactics to sustain an organization or community initiative. An outline, resources and examples are included.
