It offers help assessing community needs and resources, engaging stakeholders, action planning, building leadership, planning an evaluation, and sustaining efforts over time. Chapter 16 is a toolkit that supports planning for using different tactics to sustain an organization or community initiative. An outline, resources and examples are included.
