Abram Rosenblatt, Ph.D. is Vice President in Behavioral Health and Health Policy at Westat. He has served on national expert panels and Initial Review Groups convened by NIMH, SAMHSA, and NIDILRR as well as participating on national editorial boards. He is the author or coauthor of numerous peer-reviewed publications focusing predominantly on the costs and outcomes of multi-faceted systemic and programmatic interventions for children, youth and young adults with behavioral health needs. His research activities have included large scale national multi-site studies as well as statewide work in California and Hawaii. Dr. Rosenblatt currently serves as the Principal Investigator for the NIMH Early Psychosis Intervention Network (EPINET) National Data Coordinating Center (ENDCC), an initiative focused on developing a National Healthcare Learning System for First Episode Psychosis. He is also the Principal Investigator of the SAMHSA Early Serious Mental Illness Training and Technical Assistance Center.
