Cheryl Molyneaux has a passion for learning and sharing learning. She spent 20 years at Disability Rights Maryland and over 10 years as a University Faculty member in various capacities. As Executive Director of Peer Support Coalition of Florida, Inc., Cheryl combines her love for learning and sharing learning with a passion for well-being, recovery, and building solid supportive communities. Cheryl’s interest in neuroscience led to a doctorate focused on the neuroscience of leadership and certification as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Life Coach. She is a trainer, facilitator, curriculum developer, and advocate for the peer profession. Most of all, Cheryl believes that recovery happens in the community, and we must prepare the community to support recovery. To that end, Cheryl consults on change management and organizational development efforts. Her beliefs drive her efforts to continue to learn, unlearn, and relearn, and facilitate the same for others.
