Christina Clayton, MSW, LICSW, SUDP
Co-Director, Pacific West Hub
Christina has worked in behavioral health since 1993, primarily managing clinical programs serving adults experiencing severe behavioral health issues, chronic homelessness, trauma, and health inequities. She has provided licensure supervision, training, and consultation across many settings. In the UW School of Medicine’s Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences, she co-chairs committees and is on the Leadership Council. From 2018-24, Christina co-directed the Northwest MHTTC, a SAMHSA-funded training and TA center for HHS Region 10. At the UW School of Social Work, she is a Clinical Associate Professor, teaching, overseeing practicum placements, and previously served as an Interim Assistant Dean and Director of Field Education. As Co-Director of the Pacific West Hub of CMHIS, Christina provides leadership, clinical expertise, and implementation support in our bi-regional areas and across the project. She remains grateful to her colleagues and deeply committed to advancing implementation and improving behavioral health systems.
