Elizabeth Connors is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry in the Yale School of Medicine, and a Co-Founder of the Yale Measurement Based Care Collaborative. She works with education and mental health system partners on effective implementation of measurement-based care (MBC) for children, adolescents, and their families. She studies effective implementation strategies to install and sustain MBC such as training, ongoing consultation, learning communities, and system change. As a licensed Child-Clinical/Community psychologist, Dr. Connors is particularly passionate about MBC for its potential to improve treatment quality for underserved populations through active youth and family partnership and person-centered care.
