Joni Dolce, PhD, CRC is an assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Counseling Professions at Rutgers School of Health Professions. Joni supports behavioral health organizations to implement and sustain evidence-based practices. She has developed curriculum and authored peer-reviewed articles and technical workbooks on staff training, motivational interviewing, and supported employment services for people with mental health conditions. Her research agenda includes staff training and implementation, as well as gaining a better understanding of the role of stigma in the workplace. Joni provides training, technical assistance, and implementation support nationally and was a past member of the SAMHSA Mental Health Training and Technology Transfer Center National Motivational Interviewing and Dissemination and Implementation working groups. She is a member of the New Jersey Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association’s career services work group.
