Kendall Jones is the Communications and Marketing Manager at the Texas Institute for Excellence in Mental Health, part of The University of Texas at Austin’s Steve Hicks School of Social Work. She leads the communications workgroup for the CMHIS project, where she works to make behavioral health initiatives more accessible, engaging, and people-centered.

With a master’s in Child Life and a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Kendall blends an understanding of human development with storytelling and strategy skills. This combination allows her to approach communications with empathy, clarity, and intention, crafting messages that truly connect with both professionals and the communities they serve.
