Scott Gatzke is the Director of Dissemination for the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Center for Health Enhancement Systems Studies (CHESS) and a regional state project manager for the Great Lakes Addiction Technology Transfer Center (ATTC). Scott has over 25 years of experience as a quality improvement manager in manufacturing and health care. He helped to lead the implementation of the NIATx Change Model at a large behavioral health organization consisting of 850 employees and coaching up to 25 change teams at any one time. Scott is a senior NIATx trainer and coach and has presented the NIATx Change Leader Academy to behavioral health and social service professionals throughout the United States
