About the Northeast Atlantic & Caribbean Hub
The Northeast Atlantic & Caribbean Hub is housed at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, in the Department of Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Counseling Professions.
We serve HHS Regions 1 and 2, which include Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
We look forward to supporting Regions 1 and 2 in implementing effective programs and practices. Over the next few months, we’ll showcase our work and resources.
