Bi-Regional Hubs

East Coast Hub
The East Coast Hub is based in the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University.
We serve HHS Regions 3 and 4, which include Alabama, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Northeast Atlantic & Caribbean Hub
The Northeast Atlantic & Caribbean Hub is housed at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, in the Department of Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Counseling Professions.
We serve HHS Regions 1 and 2, which include Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Pacific West Hub
The Pacific West Hub is housed within the University of Washington Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences in Seattle, WA.
We serve HHS Regions 9 and 10, which include Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, the Republic of Palau, Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. These regions are home to over 430 federally recognized tribes including the Navajo Nation, the largest tribe in the U.S.

Southwestern Plains Hub
The Southwestern Plains Hub is housed within the Texas Institute for Excellence in Mental Health at the University of Texas at Austin.
We serve HHS Regions 6 and 8, which include Arkansas, Colorado, Louisiana, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming.
